Our shipping policy is designed to be fully transparent, reflecting our dedication to Slow Luxury and the meticulous craftsmanship originating from our workshops in Madagascar. We clearly define the process for both tailored (Bespoke) and in-stock (Ready-to-Wear) items.

2. Delivery Timelines

Our timelines are broken down into distinct phases based on the item category:

Category A: BESPOKE (Custom-Tailored Items)

This process begins with the creation of your garment by our master tailors.

A1. Craftsmanship & Production	2 to 4 Weeks	The necessary time for our Malagasy master tailors to meticulously cut, assemble, and finish your garment to your exact specifications. You will receive email updates at key stages.
A2. Express Transit (Shipping)	3 to 7 Business Days	Secure international delivery via Express Courier Service (e.g., DHL or FedEx) from Madagascar to your final destination.
Total Estimated Delivery	3 to 5 Weeks	From order confirmation to delivery at your door.

Category B: READY-TO-WEAR (In-Stock Items)

These items are already completed and are shipped directly from our distribution center.

B1. Processing & Preparation	5 to 10 Business Days	Final quality check, luxury packaging, and preparation for dispatch, certification for each product.
B2. Express Transit (Shipping)	3 to 7 Business Days	Secure international delivery via Express Courier Service (e.g., DHL or FedEx).
Total Estimated Delivery	8 to 17 Business Days	From order confirmation to delivery at your door.

Mixed Orders (Bespoke + RTW)

If your order contains both Bespoke and Ready-to-Wear items, the RTW items will be shipped immediately and separately (Category B timeline). The Bespoke item will follow the Category A process.

3. Shipping Costs and Tax Policy (DDP)

We offer all-inclusive pricing to ensure a seamless, hassle-free international purchasing experience.

Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) - Our Luxury Guarantee

• What this means: The price calculated at checkout is the final price. It includes the product cost, shipping fee, and all applicable import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes for your country.

• Zero Surprise Charges: You will not be contacted by customs or the carrier for any additional payment upon delivery. Andrian Pre-pays all international trade fees.

4. Tracking and Insurance

• Tracking Number: A tracking number will be provided via email as soon as your package enters the Transit Phase (A2 or B2).

• Insurance: All shipments are fully insured against loss or damage during transit. In the event of damage upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence, and we will arrange for repair or replacement.
